Our Story

Our story began in 2018. That's when Chef Duran and his wife Tahirah began a catering and delivery service from their home in Fleetwood, NY. Assisting the community at large with the necessary but daunting task: cooking.

From these humble beginnings, Duran and Tahirah grew the company by providing reliable catering and delivery services to Westchester, Bronx and surrounding neighborhoods. Providing delectable Caribbean dishes and unsurpassed customer service, the business was in such high demand, that a brick and mortar was the only option.

Growing up in West Kingston, Jamaica from an area called "JUNGLE" instinctively Chef Duran discovered his passion for cooking up delicious meals from scratch by way of extracurricular activity. Winning the neighborhoods attraction for his God blessed hands, Chef Duran naturally became a cooking icon. Chef Duran has created succulent recipes that is sure to give one a "good meal!" Teaming up with his wife Tahirah an expert at Business Management, Marketing and proven track record in renowned customer service, the two make a dynamic duo!

Currently Chef offers a "Jamaican, American Fusion style cooking" in the Fleetwood section of Mount Vernon, NY.
